LGVX6000 : BREW Games (developer)

Although I am relatively new to the scene, I have had some experience with porting various games to different handsets.
Once a game is developed, we contact verizon and they send us a "test" phone. We compile the games using the ARM compiler. We then use BREW's AppLoader to load the games onto the phones. It's interesting at the limitations of the AppLoader. For starters, it only shows the /brew/ tree. I also have access to a test sig generator for the games.
A game consists of:
- mod : the game itself compiled with the ARM compiler
- bar : the resource file that contains strings/images/etc
- sig : the signature for the game on the file
- mif : much like a header file that tells the phone information about the game
For the test phones, we generate a sig based on the ESN. You can easily find the ESN for your phone through the debug menu tho.
I attempted to put a game on my vx6000 as a test using the AppLoader. It shows the files loaded to the phone. However, attempting to go to GIN to run the game, the game doesnt show up. Once I restarted the phone, the files are removed from the tree (maybe never truly loaded). I have still some testing to do with BitPM :P
What could be preventing me from uploading my games and having them stay? What could be the special 'process' verizon does to enable a phone to be tested on?
(pardon if this topic has been brought up already)

Shows the GIN test mode screen. You can't chang it, but it does show up. It might be a firmware setting, but it could also be in the hex files somewhere.
