i730/i830 - General Communication Error

Hey everyone i keep getting a communication error after the transfer of a wav ringtone is done, but yet i can upload very short ringtones like 3 - 5 secs long and wallpapers why is that, someone please help.

I had the same problem. Make sure the wavs are 8 bit, 8000Hz, mono, and under 25 seconds.
