Inno 90 Picture Messages (t-mobile)

I have T-mobile, and I have tried to send a picture messages to other people who have the same phone, and she even on the same plan as me, but she receives the message as text? No picture. We have unlimited Picture Messages, but can't use them. Does anyone else have this prob? Thanks!
