blank screen after "cm 02365" message on 8900

the other day my phone just got a white screen then a "cm" came up on the upper left side and a "02365" on the upper right and then shut off.last night it just froze up while playing a game and I had to remove the battery to get unfrozen and it came back on by itself after I put the battery back on.has anyone had a similar problem and if so how did it get resolved.the techs say if it isnt doing it at the time im in there they cant trade it out.its an 8900 that was purchased in April
