Programs for S5x's

Anyone know of any programs for S5x's that will work over IrDA? I've tried VisSie, which claims IrDA support, but it requires a COM port! And, as we know, WinXP doesn't support virtual COM ports - that's a 98 feature. So, for IrDA to work with VisSie, you have to use 98.
But that rant aside, going back to the original question, what other programs are there that work over IrDA (in 2000/XP) with the S5x for functions such as time synchronization, and other tweaking of the phone (a program like VisSie, but with the functions working 
)?
