Siemens S 56 and blue tooth

Can anyone tell me how to set up my siemens S 56 using a blue tooth adapter and laptop? Can I do this without having to pay cingular a monthly fee? I would like to dialup through my cell phone using my current internet provider (roadrunner). Thanks a lot for any help.
