okay so I have a question about the default .bmp graphics on the VX6000.

Q: Are they cropped from the factory or did I screw them up and crop them (do the sides not reach the side of the display, because on mine they dont)
I ask this because I have tried to overwrite them (same file name, with different pic in its place.) I cant remember if they were cropped from the factory.

After my second attempt....
I think you can replace them if you have your phone on default color theme (blue) and the background of the pic is white... other wise it will look cropped. (if on red theme, background should be red, if on green theme, background green, etc.)
A pic like this would fit in seemlessly (note this is a .jpg I am using it as an example).

I did this, have powercycled twice, downloaded all pics back to bitpim and have yet to see the stupid martini glass come back.

If I wasn't clear what ones you can write over in this method...

sun.bmp
roses.bmp
surfing.bmp
martini.bmp

I cant do bear_heart.bmp or any of the .jpg's because BitPim wont recognize a underscore "_" in the file name, and automatically removes it.
If anyone know's how please tell, or point me towards a post that shows it (I searched and searched but got no clear answer)
