Ringtones to vx4400 using a PDA????

I am buying a data cable to connect my vx4400 and an Ipaq PDA. This enables my phone to act as a modem so I can connect to the internet with my PDA and an ISP.

My question is, does anyone know of software that will allow me to use this cable to transfer ringtones/pictures using this same cable and my PDA? I know it's possible using a PC and data cable, so it seems it wouldn't be too difficult to do the same thing with a PDA.

Any help is appreciated!
