6230 Poor OS!! Can I Mod?

Hi guys

I'm just in the process of switching from a t610 to a 6230! I have to say, I like the phone but I am SO disappointed with the quality of the OS - no room to alter any of the appearance except ro change colours to brown (dull), green (dull), grey (hmmm) etc.

The icons are dull and reminicent of the 90's and the whole feel of the OS is archaich! Anyhows on the plus side, its am extremely functional phone and does everything I want it to - and more!

Is there anyway of altering the OS to something a bit more.... exciting! Do nokia have a history of producing these dull interfaces?

Sorry to say, if theres no way of doing it the t610 might be here to stay in my pocket and the 6230 will be well on its way to an ebay listing!

Please tell me theres hope!

with mobile phones, there are always something to do. as for the 6230 and its os. try to find a f/w update and maybe something can be changed, or see if there is a way to get another phones OS loaded to your phone. Thats all i can think of.
