Wallpapers and ringtones without getting a program through get it now? (VX4500)

I just purchased the LG VX4500 today, and I'd like to get some new wallpapers and ringtones just to make it more of mine. But I dont want to purchase one of the programs through "Get it Now" to get my images on my phone or the ringtones.
Is there anyway to get the stuff on my phone without having to download and pay for a program, or purchase a transfer cable? Thanks in advance.
