does anyone have an aftermarket one and is the colour the same? noticeably different or what?
i saw one that was 850 mah, will it hold a longer charge

OOOoooh let me know if this is true. I could do with a longer-life battery, I think the one's in the X70 are rubbish

i wouldn't use a cell phone that isn't made by panasonic don't want it to screw up my phone.....

the OEM X70 panasonic battety is about $50Cdn... that's probably just under $40US.... the ones on ebay i don' t know if they are trustable.

Hi There,

I bought a new battery for my X70 from eBay, a UK seller was offering an 840mAh one for 4GBP (about $8) with 2GBP delivery. This was because I'd had such bad performance from the one supplied with the phone (640mAh) even after initially charging it for 16 hours. To be honest the battery has given me about the same phone time as the original and the silver colour was slightly different from my phone (Orange UK). I'd definitely recommend having a spare battery, though!

I use SEVERAL after-market batteryies. They are 840 mAh each mostly, but they last for slightly less time than the OEM 680mAh battery that came with the phone. They were VERY cheap batteries though, and I find them suitable enough to last a day.
