Unzip. Put it in your program files. Go to Kyocera-wireless.com and download
the KPD update v2.3 and run it. It'll take care of the install. Then you're
set!

Will i run into any problems transferring data on BitPim (wallpapers, ringers) and syncing my contacts and calendar with KPD? I haven't run KPD yet, but im just making sure.

I'm having problems getting the computer to update the phone. I can download to the computer, but can't upload any changes to the phone. Are there any additional settings required?
