Does anyone know how to turn off the message "service is not offered" on 8900's for USCC. It appears when you try to open WAP. I have tried the new ip's but they don't seem to remove it. The message pops up in a little square window that says "info" in the top left corner.

Sorry, I think us USCC are SOL.
USCC does not have WAP as far as I know so there is no way to get around it untill they have browser support. USCC is worse then verizon in the fact that they want you to use easyedge for everything. I have no activated but I believe there is software for maps, movies, rintones, wallpaper, etc, etc. so why in the world would you need a browser when you can buy software that is easier to use???
After my contract is up I am ditching USCC.
My old phone broke and I wanted to renew my contract so I could get a deal on a new phone. It would cost me 150 for cancelling because I was not within 3 months of my date. After talking with three different sales people they said it would actualy be $70 for early cancelation... but only if I get a new contract otherwise 150. My friend on verizon renews his contracts on a whim so he can get new phones ever couple of months.

I would think if we can remove the pop up that we can use wap with a gateway other than USCC. Does USCC have to support it and have some system in place?
