Can't get quicklink mobile to recognize my phone!

So yeah, I Can't get quicklink mobile to recognize my phone, but I don't have any hotsync programs running. I opened up task manager and disabled every program I didn't need, but it still won't connect. The phone is set to 112k baud. Bitpim works just fine, but quicklink won't see my phone! What do I do? All help is appreciated. Thanks.
