ok should i sell my 525 for a n820? or just wait for the 830 or 535?

i really like my 525, except for the camera. The camera quality is important to me (im depressed i waited so long for the 525 only to have a GD88 or GU87 take better pics). However reception in my basement is also important to me.

I guess if both camera quality and reception are important to me, I should wait for the 535.

How about WAP on the n820/830 (wap 1.2.1 should work on rogers) and on the 535 (wap 2?)?

What is everyone else's feelings on this?

Lets hope this bad boy will be unlockable soon after release.

WAP 2.0 does work with the N820, but it's optimized to use 1.2.1.

If I were you, I'd go ahead and wait for either the N830 or 535. I expect the price to be much lower then the Sharp GX30/32 since it's missing quite a few features of that phone:

-no memory card slot
-no bluetooth
-no MP3 player or ringtones

This should in theory keep the price at a reasonable level.

ya im on rogers (wap 1.2.1) so its kinda something i want...

but i might wait for the 535... then again i do have a nice japanese digicam so i dont really need the camera ... and im beginning to think that if the phone doesnt have mp3 playing abilities... its not worth it... i might hold onto my 525 for a good bit

right now im workin on gettin JP handset accessories from japan...

you dont happen to know if the 525 has the same power jack as any iMode phones? 503-506 etc?

Not sure about the 500i series. I do know that the 515/525 power cord works with the N820 and vice versa.

i think im gonna get a panasonic x70.

java, BT, better camera than 525 (still only 110k but its only for fun,,, and has flash [kinda]), and wap 1.2.1

No color extenal screen, otherwise I would have got it. But I am very interested in the upcoming X700. First ever series 60 clamshell.
