Any Acura TL Type S owner? Please help...

Hi, if you own an 2002 - 2003 Acura TL type S, what is the warranty on your transmission? I heard that there are extension on the transmission 7 years 160000KM, but i cant find any reference that it applies to Canadian owner (I know for sure it is for the US).
Please let me know.

I don't know the answer myself, but I THINK I came across it when I was sifting through the Acura TL forum.

Because those transmissions have a design flaw. The cases are not isolated.

The 5spd autos fail repeatedly even after replacement.
