So I have my ring volume on the loudest setting possible YET when my phone rings it is very soft, sounds like Volume Level 1, but it is on High & Vibrate.

When I go Menu -> Settings -> Sounds -> Volume -> Ringer and hear it, its as loud as it used to be.

Any ideas on what broke?!?

Nevermind fixed with a firmware update!

How do you get a firmware update?

Go to Verizon with a service tech and they will load it for you. I kept most of the stuff on my phone, the ringers I pushed on using BitPim were shot, but everything else seemed fine.
