Feauture wise it is the coolest phone i have ever owned, i love it, it's a little bigger then i would like but the sound and interface more then make up for it, i have only 2 complaints 1) Can't find ringtones or graphics, 2) the web browser is painfully slow.

I LOVE this phone.....previously i had a samsung 8500, and i hated it. it was way too plain. with the 2255, i can get ringers, for now through sprints site, i can finally change my faceplate, i have screensavers. the clarity i get with this phone is hands down better than the 8500, its a tad bit smaller too...which is really sad because the 8500 is a flip phone.
i too have one complaint, i want the optional pc connectivity kit, but it is rather expensive....oh well, i guess i will have to wait to have a bit of money to buy it.
if you are thinking of getting this phone i would totally suggest it just for the simple fact that it is a good little phone. i get good standby and talk time with my phone. no heating up like others have said. on a scale of 1-10 i would give this phone a 9.....not a 10 because i think the coneectivity kit should come with it to give you some other options, but then again sprint is greedy and will do anything to get you to pay more to them at the end of the month.
