7730 hitting T-Mobile's customers this week. Quad band/BT coming soon (not that we know anything about it); WiFi; and the mother of all upgrades - 4.0! Future is bright for RIM.

Important disclosure: I sold my RIM stock for $46.50 BEFORE THEY SPLIT. Genius. What a genius.

F*ckin' eh! It's good to see a Canadian company doing so well on a world level.

It's about time Canada started getting a little respect for everything we've done in the world of communications.

Just read the paper about how RIM refuses to add additional features to their PDA. Stuff like hardcore MP3 technology and other big ticket items that the common folk love. Blackberry say's they have cutting edge technology that will stand alone in the PDA market- (true; RIM email technology is unmatched and a very good reason to buy)- and adding additional functionality would only weaken their position.

I say - the guy running the show is smoking crack.

Where is our sense of progression, has it been flushed down the toilet - fear struck with caution at it's next move. Maybe we should all cower in the corner with our inflexible PDA's and pray that there's never a need for entertaining ourselves.

I think the power of the world, in our hands - is vital,
and should be the focus of any PDA company looking for supremacy in the market. The flip side to achieving the pinnacle in technology may not be so palatable.

Blackberry has enough class and pull in the market to make a difference.

Hey RIM!!!, "stop lolly gagging and start the R & D on something sweet."

Look at my phones list. It says "Work:" next to where it says 7280. You know why? Because I use it for work!

I have other devices to entertain myself.

Quixote - feel free to buy a Treo 600. Then you can have your MP3 player built into a PDA.
