I am tired of waiting for Verizon and Treo. The blackberry seems real nice. Does anyone have experience with both to compare? I am sure there is less software available for the BB. Does anyone have experience with medical softweare and BB? Thanks!

There are ways to convert Palm based outlook software to Blackberry:

As well, there are very limited med software for BB e.g.

But as far as I know epocrates, skyscape and most other med develpers aren't BB compatible. If the med software is important, you may want to get a Treo (possibly either unlocked or wait for Verizon).

The Treo 600 is scheduled to come out on verizon on July 12. Check the verizon board if you want to see the thread for yourself.

I have used both Blackberry (7230) on T-mob and now a Treo 600 on Verizon. I think email is a bit easier on the BB. However, Snappermail for the treo automatically check my email every15 minutes, has lots of functions and is easy to use.

The big differences come when you look at the other features of the Treo against the BB. The Treo’s PDA functions beat the BB all day. Treo has a camera. I also know that the Treo as a phone is easier to use.

Hope that helps.
