Lotus Notes calendar sync to P900 time offset

I just got a P900 to try. I installed the PC suite, backed up the phone, updated the P900 firmware, restored the phone, and then did a full sync from my PC (Lotus Notes) to the phone. The contacts and todo list seem to have sync'd fine, but the calendar entries are all off by 6 hours.

My PC is GMT-6 (Central Time US) and the phone time is set to Austin, TX (GMT-6), so I think the time zones should be matched on the devices. I also set the setting in the sync software to sync the phone time to the PC time.

Is there something I am missing? It almost seems like the sync software assumed the times in may calendar are GMT (when they are GMT-6) and then synced them into the phone. The phone calendar app then attempts to adjust the time by another 6 hours making my 10am meeting appear at 4pm (which is not terribly useful).

Austin is a great place to visit.

Did you have this problem before the firmware upgrade? Could be the pc sync software supplied with your P900. Hmm, don't know what else. Maybe set one of the times to offset GMT and see what happens.
