...upload java games... well there are site which alows you to upload wallpapers for sure, but I don't know any for uploading java. Why do you need to upload YOUR games? Why not simplly download games from wap?! There are many free wap sites full of games, I gues you could find everything you want to upload there.
P.S. Ask cerver7 for free wap sites list.
