The folders will only show up on the menus IF there is a message in them. Otherwise they don't show up on the menus. . . .

Of course i've tried to send sms to my s40 by using another cell phones...

You have to reset the phone (see manual).

about the only thing i dont like about the s40 is that it's so complicated....customers want me 2 explain things 2 them about the phone, but my knowledge of it is very limited....i say that u simply have 2 own the phone 2 truly and fully understand it....
