I have tried doing the setup over and over again. It repeatedly says the files are outdated, what do I do?

I got tht error on my XP machine and it would never go away no matter how many times I restarted. I think is has to do with the packaging and DLL's he is using in his VB app. XP is probably not letting his setup program overwrite a system file. I just reverted to using bitpim for overwritng one at a time
