Help switching to new 128mb mmc

hello, this is my first posting.
ystrday i got a new 128mb ncp mmc for my nokia 3660. i had backup of my previous mmc and phone memory thru pc suite. when i restored everything to the new mmc the card crashed. with lots of diff i managed to format it.
now i had a few softwares like handy dates, mydiary etc on my phones whose dates and entries i wish to specifically restore. rest all softwares i can reinstall.
how do i restore safely this time, please help !!!
