HI,
I have a Sanyo 8200. Is there a way to IGNORE a call like i did on my old Motorola t720? So if I get a call that i dont want to answer, it will go directly to voicemail.
thanks,
dan

try one of the buttons on the side when it rings in

as I recall, Sanyo's only mute the call, not send it directly to voicemail, which imho, is a better way of doing it, because then the caller doesn't know you just hung up on them

For vm4500 I do menu/settings/8-security/7-others/2-Limite Use/Incoming Calls/PhoneBook Only
That way u get calls only from ur phonebook I hope that will help

I just press the button on the side to quiet it.

I also hit the RL button. That side button is a blessing for me.

i saw this the other day... when i was in vision on a web site, and a call came in when the data stopped, under more options menu during the call it had an "ignore call" function then the call jus disappeared i dunno if it sent it to vm or what or because i had an web page and idle vision connection up but i cant get it to do that again...

am i day dreaming or seeing things or did it actually have an "ignore call" function, or is it just for when you've got an app open and a call comes up.

ok im not on crack i just tried it, while i was on a vision page, i waited for the data to go idle then called myself, when i hit options it had a "Dont Answer" option, and when i hit it the call went to voice mail right away... weird why cant they make that option normally available...

here's when it's annoying like if im sending an email or doing an sms and in the middle of typing it and a call comes in, i wish i could just totally ignore calls during then, cause a call comes in and then i gotta wait for them to hangup so i can send the message out... grr...
