NEC 525 GPRS on Rogers - Possible?

Hey, can anyone out there confirm that the NEC 525 works on Rogers with the internet.com APN?

People have talked about it, that it'll work fine on FIDO, that it's a WAP 2.0 phone, that you need WAP to install games, etc., but nobody seems to have ever said anything concrete about it working with the internet.com APN either way...

(Although since NEC and 525 are both less than 4 letters long, it's hard to search for them in here...)

It would be great if someone did, I'd get hooked up with the $12 navigate plan and finally put some games on this thing!

Nobody knows??? Surely I'm not the only one with this phone!

Come on guys, don't make me have to call Rogers and sound like an idiot asking them for the internet.com APN... (I'm sure the weenie won't know what I'm talking about anyway)

So I tried it, went all the way out and got the $25 3MB Data Plan with the internet.com APN.

I tried all kinds of settings for the proxy, DNS, HTTP and HTTPs ports... I got "close" I think, but nothing ever worked.

So if anyone else was able to get this thing working, we'd all like to hear from you!

(I confess, the real reason is so that I can get some games on the ×××× thing... My 525 has nothing! )
