NEC 525 ringtones?

Is there any way I can download the NEC 525 ringtones to my PC as MMF files so I can upload them to my Samsung?
Also, I can upload my Samsung's MMF ringtones to the NEC using MemoryEditor and the patch that allows sending copyprotected ringtones, but when I try to play them on the NEC, it's nothing but silence. Why?
