.vis and .msf files for Inno 90

Does anyone know if it is possible to download more movies with these file types (.vis and .msf) on this phone? or are we stuck with the little cartoons that come with the phone?
Also, There is an "image file" folder in the Media part of the menu. I have pictures on the phone that I have taken, but the Image file folder still shows up empty. Are only pics send through the data cable able to show up in this folder?
