Then it tells me "Problem installing this hardware: Curitel Packet Service . . . System file cannot be specified." I click Finish. Again, Found New Hardware Wizard pops up, this time for Curitel Packet Service Diagnostic Serial Port (WDM). I go through the same process as above, and it again fails. Found New Hardware Wizard will continue to pop up until I cancel it.

Here is something else. Twice during this process, an RTL window popped up saying "Unable to start driver fo HPHipm11.exe (HPHipm11.exe)." I click Ok. I have an HP Photosmart 7350 printer. Could there be some kind of conflict between the Curitel and HP software?
