I'm not sure where you live but I was able to find some faceplates for the 4000 in some asian places in chinatown.

I've installed some faceplates for my Sanyo 4000. In all honesty, they are:
1) Overly expensive. About $28-$30 including installation.
2) Not customizable by you, meaning you have to bring it back to the store to change/remove them.
3) Crappy quality. The clear screen cover is attached to the rest of the phone by a piece of adhesive tape(!).

As well, most stores I've been to in the Vancouver area have a low selection (usually about 7 or 8 different colours). I've since replaced my Sanyo original stock faceplate, if that tells you anything.

Sorry (:

In addition, I should also mention that I believe your info on flashing antennas for the Sanyo 4000 is incorrect. Sanyo CDMA phones don't put out enough voltage to power a flashing antenna.

Sorry again

Essentially, you should be able to change the faceplate yourself, you just need to find a triangle shaped screwdriver for it.

As for the flashing antenna, it also degrades your rf performance. Flashing antennas and CDMA technology don't work particularly well together.
