ROM0.prc file on Treo 600

After updating the firmware on my unlocked Treo 600, I found this file (which shows up when you look at applications/files in the delete view):
ROM0.prc
ROM0.prc is a big file -- over 4 megabytes. Does anyone know what it is, and, more importantly, can ROMO0.prc be safely deleted. (I also have an AT&T Treo 600; this file isn't on that locked Treo.)
Several other applicatons/files also appear to have been left over after the firmware update, including Applnflater and D.C. , but these aren't nearly as large as ROM0.prc. I would like to delete ROM0.prc if I can.
