7000 not getting message after email..

Hey How do I load ringers onto a 7000? I sent an email with an attatchment of an mp3 renamed to a midi, but the phone doesn;t get an incoming message for it. I tried numerous times.. any suggestions?

I sent it to her_number@vzwpix.com.

I cant even register there for some reason. Was on the phone last night talking w/ customer service and 2 other depts. I clicked on register and put my mobile # in and it said there was already an account....???????
So i used the log in screen and put my mobile number in and selected forgot my password. VZW text my phone with my password. I refreshed the page and filled in the log in info. It would not go through and above the grey log in box it would say "log in failure" and "identification failure". I made sure cookies were off and even disabled my firewall. Still no luck. The vzw customer support can get w/ my phone # and password just fine they say. Whats up here. Can someone please help me!!!!

I have this problem all the time! I send the e-mail with either ringtones, pictures or just text and sometimes none go through!
The only thing I found that might be the problem is you need to have something in both the subject and the text form. I got a mailer deomon when I send just attachments and no text.
