Mp3 for VZW PIX registration problem..please help!!!

I want to be able to email myself midi files at <my number@vzwpix.com but I cant even register there for some reason. Was on the phone last night talking w/ customer service and 2 other depts. I clicked on register and put my mobile # in and it said there was already an account....???????
So i used the log in screen and put my mobile number in and selected forgot my password. VZW text my phone with my password. I refreshed the page and filled in the log in info. It would not go through and above the grey log in box it would say "log in failure" and "identification failure". I made sure cookies were off and even disabled my firewall. Still no luck. The vzw customer support can get w/ my phone # and password just fine they say. Whats up here. Anyone have any suggestions. Cookies are on. I am using Norton's Internet Security Professional. Can someone please help me!!!!

with the vx7000 u can record ur own ringtones. so y dont u just do that?

I have done that but they sound like crap.
