Prefer a zoom function on the camera
Prefer a Flash as well

is there any model out there that has these?
I was looking at the v80... but i'm sure there are phones with better camera quality

v600, though no flash.

And most digital cameras come with optical zoom, not digital...or is it the other way around? Either case, it's the inferior of the two.

I use the Samsung SGH-E700. It doesn't have a flash, but I don't know of any phones that do. You do have the zoom function however.

Quality is better I find at the smaller picture sizes, though it will go up to 640x480(VGA). (If that's what you mean.) The camera has brightness and zoom controls (wide/telephoto) controled by the d-pad. North/South zoom in and out, East/West increases or decreases the brightness respectively.

Ringtones are of the Yamaha SMAF format, but they are commonly available. If you do need MP3 Then you can get conversion software that will convert to WAV. Then you just use YAMAHA's software to create SMAF (MMF) from that. I'm not aware that BT (British Telecom)

provide mobile telephony! I thought they sold that out to O2 (UK anyways).
