Greetings,

You should try to:
- Take ur SIM card out, and put it back in.
- Do a hard-reset on your cell phone.
- Call your provider up and see what's wrong.

Thanks but:

- I did clean the SIM Card, and test in my other phone, and it work ok, but when returned to my MPX200, don't work.

- I did a Master Reset, i don't know if this is the same as Hard-Reset (i turn on my cell whit the blue botton press, and appear a warning "Master Reset", I put "YES"). .. but nothing.

- I can't call to my provider because this cell was "buy" in USA whit AT&T, and I am in Colombia, and using it in OLA a Colombian operator. then the technical support guys don't give information about the model wich don't "sell" OLA.

in this moment, i am more sad and confused that yesterday

If you go to Setting-Telephony-Networks and then Menu-Select a network, does it find ANY networks after the search ?

When i follow u steps.
Appear in screen. downloading network settings, and next a warning "no network avalaible".

this morning i go to Setting-Telephony-Networks and then Menu-Select a network again. then the phone look as found a network, because show in screen the MCC-MNC 732103

And apper "Downloadin settings from network" .... OK

after "Sending information to network!",,, wait 2 or 3 minutes and appear the Warning "ERROR: Unable to save settings. Verify you have network coverage and that the settings is supported by your carrier"

what it mean????, because i had used the phone from 15 days ago.

Oh my god

It does sound like your phone could be faulty but you could still try a few things.

In Setting-Networks change the Network selection to Manual and press done. Then go back into networks and press Menu-Select a network. Click on MCC-MNC 732103.

Also do you get anything listed from Menu-Preferred networks ?

Try placing your SIM in another phone and if you have a lot of stored SMS messages or contacts on the SIM itself then try deleting some of them.

Martin.
When i select : settings/telephony/networks/
i select the field manual.
after i select Menu/Find a New Network
it work for 1/2 min and show the MCC-MMC of my provider ( 732103), but when I press "Select". It show "Sending settings to the network", wait for 2 or 5 minutes an show:

"Unable to save settings. Verify you have network coverage and that the settigs is supported by your carrier"

But the signal indicator have 3 or 4 lines.

So it can see you network provider and you can select it. If you get bars of signal then you must be attached to the network. On the front of the phone does it say 732103 or your network name ?

Have you tried another SIM in your phone ?

Also did you check the SIM for stored contacts/SMS's. I would try clearing out you SIM just in case the MPX200 is trying to save information to it.
