Hi~I got a cable for my Inno89 and the software PC Sync. I installed it and plug it to my phone; they can connected. But when i start to transfer data to my phone, the software freezes~everytime.....plz tell me how can i solve it~~thank you!

Hi

I have the same trouble, what a load of crap this has turned out to be. The phone only stays connected for 2 secs then disconnects. Do you have to download drivers for this software

Does anyone know how to access the photobook via pc sync?

And if there are any clever people out there that can write a program or know how there is away round being able to use more than one downloaded ringtone I would be most grateful cos the standard ringtones are just dog sh*t and I have downloaded some wicked mp3 ringtones hopefully to use on different caller groups but the phone doesn't alloud you to use more than one.

Help me please

Hey~I kinda solved the problem. Try this~

Go to "Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager

then go down "Ports". Under "Ports", Double click "Communications Port"

Go to "Port Settings", set the "Bits per second" to "115200", and the "Data Bits" to "6".

Try to transfer again~~It works for me.
