Someone please help me increase midi volume!

I recently download a ringtone MIDI (the Knight Rider theme), but I noticed it was way too quiet. I was hoping someone could show me exactly how to make the volume of the MIDI louder without messing up the song. I tried Anvil Studio, but I couldn't get it to work right...the drums got too loud and messed up the song.
Or if it would be easier, someone can just edit the ringtone themselves and post up the louder ring online. You can listen to the ringtone at http://www.sheilnaik.com/other/knightrider.mid.
