Help With VZWPIX.com with VX 6000

Ive had my vx 6000 for about a week now. I want to put ringtones on my phone and I have a lot of midi's on my computer. I have sent two from msn.com and know it wont work anymore so I know you can send them from www.vzwpix.com but whenever I send it I dont get it on my phone. I know I put the right address in mynumber@vzwpix.com. Somebody please help me...
Maybe im doing something wrong can someone walk me through this,

send a text msg to your phone and attach the ringtone as a mesage object
I think i read that here someplace
like maybe on the verizon forum
