MPX200 - Does it have features I want?

I am looking for some sort of organizer, and am debating between the MPX200 and a PDA. I'm asking this question because I think the PDA might just be much more than I need (although probably more fun!). And I just don't know the specifics of an MPX200.
I basically want something that can
1. Keep a good address book
2. Have a really good interactive calendar- easy to read, easy to add things, multiple view (daily, weekly, monthly)
3. A nice to-do list, ideally with some sort of checkbox thingy I can check if I've done things.
Obviously with the PDA I can get software to enhance all of these, so I guess my main question is would the MPX be good enough?
As you can tell, I don't want to spend too much money, so I don't want to hold hold for any of the new MPXs. And I do like the Microsoft format, so unless you can give me a good reason, I'd like to stay away from the Series 60 stuff.
Thank you guys for your help!

MPX200 has all the features your looking for. And of course like u said there are also great programs out there. Now that Smartphone 2003 OS is floating around that just made the MPX200 all the more sweeter. So get the MPX200 and make sure you get your hands on the 2003 ROM. I use my contacts and to do calader all the time. It has saved absent minded self many times.
