mpx200 with WM2003 sms problem on Rogers

I can't send or receive text messages for other phones. I can recieve text messages sent through mobile msn. I can receive text messages from the Rogers web site. And for some reason, I can receive text messages from myself.
Anyone else having problems with sms on WM2003?

everything seems to work now after a hard reset
