My caller id screen is cracked and doesn't display anymore.. im hoping to find a broken sanyo vm4500 so i can replace it.... since insurance won't cover a broken phone..

You mean LOCKLINE from Sprint? ×××× they wont cover broken phones? I have lockline so I have protection aganist lost or Broken or scratched phones

Why wouldn't insurance cover it? Do they only cover loss or theft?
