Palm OS Contacts with Cell Phone?

does anyone have any idea how to sync contacts between my palm (Tungsten|T) and phone (currently 6200... but looking at V500 soon)?
i have oxygen phone manager for my phone, palm desktop 4.14 for my palm and an unofficial data cable (so i can't use the nokia software).
one important note: i don't have MS Outlook (i know that would help me sync them)

try to export and import your contacts as a *.csv file. csv is common file extension for most software for exprot or import selections.
