HELP! T68i Trouble!!

Arhh!
Here goes, i just factory reset my phone and turned it back on. Now it asks for a "Phone lock code." I've tried many combinations of codes, my own codes that could be it but no. 12345 code but that didnt work either. Am I missing something here??? Help me please, I cant use my phone cuz of this code block!!

yea, the 0000 did work. i looked it up in the user manual... but thanks though.. i almost had a heart attack!
