c650 clear all locked items

i have a c650 from t-mobile and it is full of locked t-mobile rubbish please can someone help me clear it waht do i need i have ausb lead and have managed to get rid of 2 t-mobile pics but i cannot get rid of the rest any advice welcome thanks

search for "delete locked files"
