Palm T3 to SE T39m to Jabra BT200?

So the SE T39m can only handle one BT connection at a time. I tell my Tungsten T3 to dial a number and it sends it to the SE. I get a message from the SE, "Retrieve call in phone?" (whenever I dial manually I get this message as well, which is GOOD), and I would normally leave this alone - the call goes to the headset. That's not happening when I use the T3 to dial. The call stays on the phone even though the Palm has disconnected, theoretically freeing up the SE's BT to fetch the headset's attention. IF I WANT to take the dialed call in the headset, I have to listen to the handset for the caller to pick up, then hit the button on the BT200. Too many steps for such a handy technology - there must be a fix/firmware tweak. Thoughts?
