Can't get AIM or homepage on 530

I recently got a 530 to use for a spare. Problem is I can't get to AIM and I can not get into the home page for Nextel. Anyone have and kind of ideas on what I should do? I really don;t wanna carry the 530 as well as the 730 just to use the 730 for AIM, although it would probably make me look important
