i have an inno 80 that i purchased from ebay...it was working fine until now! it would turn itself off and when i tried to turn it back on again, it wouldn't. it's been like this for a few weeks now, i even sent it to the inno usa in chicago and see if they can fix it but they sent it back to me and said that they don't have the program or something like that.....

does anybody who is using inno 80 have the same problem? and can some one tell me how to fix this or what i can do???? thanks

another one bites the dust. I'm surprised innousa couldn't fix it, maybe you don't have one of the official American versions

that would be my guess - someone else had one that had the chinese software in it and innousa gave the same response...

maybe you should try the support contacts section on the official innostream site...not that ive ever had any luck with that or anything...
