I have a sanyo 5500 and i was woulding if there is a way to make it stay in digital roaming all the time?

The only way to do that would be to flash your phone with a hacked PRL but that is not only unsafe, it voids your warranty and is against Sprin't terms of service. That and you would have to upload the original PRL when you wanted to restore your phone to normal.
