T-Mobile Internet required for Treo 600???

i called into CS to add Tzones to my account so that I may use the blazer browser. three days after i added it, my blazer still did not work so i called in and the first rep told me i needed to add the PDA mobile internet option for $19.99. I really do not want to have to pay that $19.99 fee.

is this true that i need this package? how are you guys able to use blazer with just the tzone package???

i don't pay for anythin
but on the preference and 'network' i choose 't-zones'
its free!

I have the same thing. I just picked T-Zones in the network prefs and blazer,email work just fine. If I try to use t-mobile internet or vpn in network prefs, I get an error. I only subscribe to T-zones for $4.99.

this is frustrating. i have checked and rechecked my settings. does the T600 have to be on my account? meaning does TMo need to have the IMEI logged under my account for this thing to work?

wow i'm a freaking dumb ×××. all i did was turn it off and back on and it worked. time to call and switch back to the $4.99 t zones

I took my phone back because my $4.99 t-zones didnt work with the Treo 600. Here is what I discovered about the blazer browser....IT DOES NOT support WAP. WAP is what the t-zones homepage is. Look around and you will find a browser for the Treo600 that supports WAP. Good Luck!

the whole wap browser thing doesn't bother me in the least. all i need to do is hop online on the go. i use MP3s as ringers using pocket tunes and lightwave so it doesn't matter if i can access 3g or tagtag to get ringers.

i had the sidekick but returned it cuz it sucked for rf, phone, applications, ringers, you name it. i'm happy with this
